Working in the business world requires confidence and leaders to invest in who they are particularly when they want to remove their own barriers and excellerate their achievements.
Part of the research we have shared shows that an executive who works on strengthening their identity personally and professionally secures 788% ROI when including employee retention benefits, and 529% when excluding them.
Identity coaching enables them to re-evaluate, reconstruct, and strengthen their leadership identity, which is crucial for long-term success. By focusing on "identity work," coaching helps leaders navigate significant transitions, align their personal values with their professional roles, and enhance their ability to lead authentically.
This process not only improves their self-awareness and confidence but also positively impacts team dynamics and organisational culture, fostering a more inclusive and cohesive work environment.
One of the pillars our coaches work within is to ensure that you become an expert in your life, this begins with you knowing and excelling in your strengths, in you being able to step forward because you are ready.

A 90 plan is often used when a person either elevaites into a new role or changes companies. It can be used in other settings, for example if you have received new skills or training and want to get the buy-in from your team, excelling their performance.
As experienced coaches we can assist in creating a robust 90-day plan by guiding our clients through goal-setting, prioritisation, and time management.
Coaching programs have demonstrated substantial financial returns. As we have said before, Business/Executive coaching has shown a 788% ROI in some studies due to improvements in productivity and employee satisfaction.
The coach provides a structured framework that includes setting clear objectives, identifying key stakeholders, and mapping out actionable steps.
This plan helps the executive hit the ground running in a new role/project, or other environments where a 90 plan aids you or your teams development/achievements.
This can quickly establish credibility and start making impactful contributions to your environment.

When a coach facilitates a comprehensive 360-degree performance as part of their support to a business, studies like the one conducted by MetrixGlobal found that this resulted in a 788% ROI, highlighting the substantial financial returns from investing in leadership.
Research also shows us that work placed coaching is the most cost effective, efficient intervention in team performance, change management, conflict management, sales, and business growth to name a few.
The 360 executive coaching gathers and interprets feedback from peers, workforce team members, and superiors.
What we know is there is an extensive improvement in setting development goals and in creating a motivational personalised action plan that enhances performance.
Best outcomes are found in 360 reviews that are then supervised through set processes.
Our coaches have the training and experience to be able to guide you and you team/stakeholders in fully utilising a 360 performance review.
There are great benefits to executives/business owners in carrying out this process with an external coach.
Our coaches provide an objective 'birds eye view' that removes, conscious and unconscious bias from the review.
-
There are many benefits to having an external coach in aiding resolution to internal or external conflicts. Whether among team members, management staff or outside collaborators/stakeholders.
The dynamics of a companies culture and the internal politics can often be a minefield to navigate.
Fostering a healthier work environment, enhancing team cohesion, and improving overall morale and productivity is often a more positive process when it is held in the hands of an executive supported by an experienced business coach.
Research has shown that live coaching, including conflict management, can offer a significant ROI. Using a business coach can give a 415% return, meaning £4.15 for every £1 invested.
Our coaches have experience that enhances leadership, communication, and resilience, which are critical in managing and resolving conflicts effectively. This will offer improvement that 'gets everyone on the same page' driving overall, organisational success.

Firefighting, being responsive to need, can be greatly improved when utilising an experienced coach. We have experience that has directly impacted conflict resolution both in the short term and in the long term.
Generally opposing, conflicting forces seek 'ways to make it better'.
The dynamics of the conflict and the acceptance of unconscious and conscious bias within teams or businesses, can mean an external, experienced coach is viewed as a fair, objective, resolution.
Our coaches are adept at building trusted spaces, removing barriers to resolution and have proven themselves to de-esculate conflict immediately to enable engagement at the start of the resolution process.
Overall, investing in conflict management coaching yields high returns through repairing and strengthening relationships. Aiding enhanced resolution skils in leadership, forming better team dynamics, and improved business outcomes.
Executive leaders and business owners tell us there is a deep fear in managing other peoples feelings, needs and expectations.
We have the training and experience to coach and share methods to implement a more proactive, confident approach to conflict management.
Some of these skills include:
How to facilitate clear communication
How to practice active listening
How to give authentic feedback
How to maintain an open mind
how to manage conflict
what does it mean to be adaptable
How to be a long term thinker
How to manage time effectively
How to create and implement collaborative tools in management
How to identify and promote the right knowledge in a trusted sharing environment
How to motivate and facilitate skills diversification
How to engage a more energised, creative environment, i.e. walking meetings. Research tells us that being outside, walking, etc improves creativity, setting a more productive environment for communicating, collaborating and problem solving.

Studies have shown that leadership development coaching can yield a significant ROI.
Research from the International Society for Performance Improvement found that coaching can deliver a 221% ROI in leadership development.
Another study indicates a sevenfold return on investment for companies that implement leadership coaching programs.
Leadership coaching helps increase employee engagement and satisfaction, a critical activity for retaining talent and reducing turnover costs.
Leaders who know how to manage communication and engaging employees are more likely to be productive and committed to the organisation's goals.
This form of coaching is particularly effective in developing leaders who utilise skills that, have a cascading positive effect on the entire organisation.
Strong leadership is essential for strategic planning and goal management, ensuring that the company's vision is effectively communicated and executed.
We know through research that using a coach for goal management can result in a high ROI by enhancing productivity, engagement, leadership, and organisational culture, all of which contribute to achieving business goals more effectively.
One of the key elements to this area is the impact on communication and collaboration. When this is delivered correctly it will consider three main elements:
• The individuals leadership skills, strengths, weaknesses, barriers in leadership
• The global needs of the business, goals, market position, stakeholders, pathways of communication, collaborating relationships and execution etc
• Continual evaluation methods of performance, both individually and at a corporate level.

An executive or business owner who carries the weight of their team/s, their families needs and who strive to achieve success for all, understand that as a decision maker these responsibilities can often be overwhelming and incredibly stressful.
A conscientious decision maker becomes very aware that their decisions puts food on the tables of those who work for, or with them.
Here is one of the areas an independant coach can bring skills and a tool kit that enables ethics, values and a work life balance to be protected.
Executives learn that mastering due dilegence while supporting their own dreams and family needs can sometimes feel overwhelming to say the least and can result in multiple, debilitating behaviours that are very much aligned with trauma responses.
Examples of these are insomnia, a feeling of fear that initiates fight, flight or freeze. Nightmares, replaying work or personal events in your mind, feelings of panic, avoidance.
The list is long and for some, the overwhelming feeling of responsibility, answering others needs begin a pathway of self sabotage. Making choices, implementing decisions that prevent goals being achieved.
It can get to the point where you feel you are standing at the cliffs edge, no more room to move.
What we know is that there is always, always a way to map two pathways, one that walks your executive pathway and a second that walks your personal life, it is about when, where are the points that you step from one to the other.
You see without a boundary who you are, what is important to you becomes completely blurred and then driven by every one elses needs, you become a spinning, spiralling tool to everyone elses needs.
Whats ironic is it is easier to achieve than most realise and once mapped with the decision for change to be put in place the cliff is merely a step.
Our coach will support you In identifying the change that needs to happen, setting boundaries, prioritising goals, managing time effectively and other areas that bring your ethics, values, goals alive and clear for all.
Working together our coaches reduce the negative behaviours, choices that contribute to burnout while improving overall satisfaction and productivity from you and your team.
While the ROI for this investment is set at 788%, it is recognised that without an investment in self, it becomes impossible to invest in corporate leadership being affective and achieve outcomes.
Resilience, focus, objectivity and the lust to succeed is lost when the foundation of personal wellbeing, mental and emotional safety are fractured.

Change management, transformation is why many coaches love what they do.
Did you know that the intricate, biological response to stress, pressure and the hightened dopamine experienced when conflict or change management has secured solutions is a drug similar to cocaine?
While this is something to contemplate, it tells you why some coaches become very passionate about the success of their clients, of being part of the journey that gives clients their success.
Sharing this with you is about sharing what you can achieve and the satisfaction of achievement can bring you.
Navigating change management, taking what can be an extremely challenging environment and reconnecting that to success will bring you various rewards when you have the skills and knowledge to manage the process:
• A feeling of euphoria
• Curiosity
• Motivation
• Goal focused
• Energised and more
Our coaches will assist you in gaining and extending the skills, knowledge, and experience that will aid you in managing the restructuring, road mapping and implementaion needed to navigate organisational change.
This provides an improved ability to manage transitions smoothly, reducing employee resistance to change and maintaining productivity during periods of transition.
The ROI for a business using an experienced coach in management can be significant.
Research shows that executive coaching can deliver a 529% ROI by improving business metrics and enhancing organisational performance.
Coaching transforms management by supporting employee engagement, understanding the 360 flow of the organisation, its connectivity within key people and processes and sharpens leadership skills, to hold the organisation through the change process.
Sustainable environments are determind by key elements within all businesses, stakeholders internally and externally engage a system of communication that is either functional or dysfunctional.
A coach will see the glue that holds an organisation or is cracking it. They will see the primal pathways that will have the strongest opportunity to facilitate and sustain the change that needs to take place.
Change management is a series of analytical processes that from start to finish and beyond needs strong leadership. It requires a clinical, intuitive, insightful presence from leadership that is willing to see reality and instead of forcing square pegs into round holes has the capacity to secure the buy in, trust and committment of all.
Our coaches know the recipe for change, know the barrers, the challenges and the ways in celebrating acheivment, validating the work an organisation has done to reach its targets.
Change management is a primal area where clients have fed back our coaches have boosted their ability to make decisions, increased drive and resilience and aided a more streamlined facilitation of change.

Exponentially the cost of stress to businesses has continued to rise every year. It is now estimated at over 1.5 trillion dollars per year.
The science behind disabling stress involves understanding the body's physiological responses and implementing techniques that counteract these responses.
There is a theory called the "Rule of Three," which posits that focusing on three primary goals or tasks per day can optimise productivity and reduce stress.
This rule aligns with cognitive load theory, suggesting that three significant goals are manageable without overwhelming one's cognitive resources.
Using this understanding as a bench mark it would fair to say that generally, if an executive, business owner or team member has three or more goals or life challenges needing attention at the same time it is likely that they are experiencing an elevation in their stress hormones.
Some areas to consider may be:
Social Factors
Relationships:
Conflicts with family, friends, or romantic partners can significantly contribute to stress.
Social Support:
Lack of a supportive social networks can increase feelings of isolation and stress.
Social Expectations
Pressure to conform to societal norms and expectations can create stress.
Emotional Factors
Personal Insecurities:
Issues such as low self-esteem or fear of failure can elevate stress levels.
Past Trauma:
Unresolved traumatic experiences can lead to chronic stress.
Mental Health:
Conditions like anxiety and depression are both causes and effects of stress.
Corporate Factors
Workload:
Excessive workloads and tight deadlines can be significant sources of stress.
Job Security:
Uncertainty about job stability can create anxiety and stress.
Work Environment:
A toxic work culture, poor management, and lack of support from colleagues can exacerbate stress.
Work-Life Balance:
Inability to balance work demands with personal life can lead to burnout and stress.
Coaching Solutions
What ever the reasons behind hightened stress, the solutions start by understanding what are the triggers, what tools work for you in combatting those triggers and whether personal, change management decisions need to be made.
A coach does not create victimhood, instead they assist in creating an environment where clients can safely face what is happening and explore what needs to be done to disable the negative outcomes of experiencing this.
We are solution focused, sharing an environment where you as a client can contemplate, reflect on, discuss and from identifying what is happen, to then implement change, to transform your life in the way you believe is best for you.
Heads-up
Normally the origin of fear, the trigger that is driving the chaos and over load only needs a small recipe of decisions, actions and techniques to facilitate change that positively affects your heart, mind and professional outcomes.
Did you know that research shows that being your authentic self:
• Increased satisfaction and happiness
• Richer relationships
• Higher self esteem
• Positive mental health and wellbeing
• Increased self-confidence
• Greater leadership influence (interesting isn't it, so knowing and being you makes you a better leader)
• Better adaptivity (so you will become more able to be responsive, effective and resilient)
While it is research that shows the above outcomes, in the world of psychology and metaphysics it is said that being authentic to self presents at a far higher frequency than love.
An interesting theory.

In a study published in 2024, 86% of employees and executives cite the lack of communication and collaboration, as the main cause of workplace failure.
Furthermore, 70% of employees said wasted time is the worst consequence of poor communication.
In addition, 84% of employees rely on leadership for the flow of communication.
Understanding this tells us that the development of leadership skills, the identity of who a leader is and how they are able to create an informative, support relationship with their team, or collaborators, is key to driving a business forward.
We also know that acting on employee feedback increases trust in the workplace by 75%, (makes a huge difference doesnt it?).
So, listening, being responsive, holding the working environment, matters. Leaders creating the space to act upon a team’s commitment to their role and the company’s success is about negotiating the environment communication can thrive within.
It takes energy and focus, can be exhausting, unless a leader understands how to manage, to master what can be conflicting dynamics.
As a coaching service, one of our aims when working with clients is to assist them in gaining a “bird’s eye view” of their professional, corporate and/or personal world.
Initially this is usually goal by goal, but significantly, to make positive, transformational changes, understanding the connectivity between all the facets of their identity and how they work with others enables then to know who they are, and where they are positioned in and for the company.
Likewise understanding how all the facets of the corporate environments flows where individuals and teams are positioned enables an executive/business owner in preventing 86% loss of corporate assets.
Research is telling us that disengaged employees, globally loose businesses $8.8 Trillion every year. A counterbalance to that is enabling effective communication increases employee confidence in delivering their role by 60%.
We also know that by improving communication in your work place you can increase your customer satisfaction by 63%.
Our service offers independent executive and business coaching for clients who want to succeed, not only for their own professional goals but for the teams and stakeholders they work with.
Our services are for those who are self-competitive but who are wise enough to realise that the best way to master self-communication, self-evaluation, is to have a trusted environment where they can externalise their internal narrative and barriers.
With a qualified, experienced coach, brain fog, self-doubt, self-sabotage, and more, is removed, clarity, internal and external communication pathways for you and those around are seen, understood and navigated with full use of your ‘birds eye view’.
Once our coaches have started working with clients, the process they go through to achieve a 'birds eye view' of their multifaceted identity, where their goals are set, they become experts in their lives.
Likewise these skills and the tools shared become an excellant resource to enfold within their business, focusing on communication and collaboration.
