Payment Policy

For programs, fees must be paid 14 days prior to the start of the program. If there is a delay in receiving payment you risk not receiving access to the Program. Access will not be granted until payment is received.

Placeholder Policy

  • Paid placeholders will be honoured and transferred onto our paid attendees list.

  • Unpaid placeholders, without regular communication with our office, will be removed once the training reaches sold out capacity or no later than 2 weeks before agreed registration closed date, whichever comes first.

Refund Policy Individuals

  • For programs, a full refund of your registration will be granted if requested no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of Program.

  • If the refund policy is not met within the 14-day timescales, Simplex Coaching reserves the right to offer the transfer of registration to a future Program.

  • Coaching sessions must be paid for on booking. Refund will be granted if requested no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session, or transferred to a future session. 

  • A cancellation fee is applicable (please contact Simplex Coaching for the amount per course/program/individual session).

Refund Policy for Corporate agreements

  • Contracted agreements with businesses or government agencies vary due to the length of service and content.  Please refer to your company’s contract with Simplex Coaching where you will find the terms and conditions of service.

Transfer/Substitution Policy

You may transfer a paid registration to a future program if notified 2 weeks prior to the program start date.

  • A maximum of 2 transfers will be accommodated.

  • Programs must be completed within 6 months of the initial transfer.

  • Once a registration has been transferred, a refund is not an option.

  • A substitute attendee may be assigned if the original attendee is no longer able to attend as long as the program is completed within 6 months.

  • We must have full attendee information no later than 1 week prior to the start of the Program/Coaching to ensure access.

Attendance Policy

Depending on the service you have booked, attendance in the live Zoom sessions may be required in addition to online learning/tasks. Program sessions are recorded in the case of emergency or in the event of connection failure.  Missing sessions will result in you not receiving an attendance certificate.  If you know you have scheduling conflicts with the live meeting times, please choose different training dates.

If an emergency arises during the Program and you are unable to complete all sessions, depending on individual circumstances and the delivery of future programs, Simplex Coaching reserves the right to offer attendees the option to transfer to a repeating future program. You will need to complete all sessions missed to receive an attendance certificate.  Transfer policy applies.
